These terms of service applies to our regular services like our Discord/Guilded/Revolt bots. https://matthewsdevelopment.wixsite.com/matthewsdev now operates under a seperate Terms of Service policy.

BOT USAGE

As you use our discord, guilded, and/or Revolt bots, you agree to:

• You may NOT use our bots to break Discord's, Revolt's, or Guilded Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and any other 3rd party policied. If you do, you may be reported to the proper platform moderations.
• You may NOT use our bots for anything illegal including anything illlegal under US and European laws.
• You may NOT use bugs or exploits to your advantage. If you find a bug or exploit, please report it to us in our support server.

WARRENTIES AND LIABILITIES

Everything made by Matthew's Development including the Discord/Guilded/Revolt bots is provided "as is" without any warranties wheither expressed or implied

In no event shall the admins or developers of Matthew's Development be liable for any claim, damages, or any other form of liability (including but no limited to: loss of data or profit, business interuptions) from the usage of the Matthew's Development services
