This privacy policy applies to the M X E S#8129 on Discord. Updated as of November 27th, 2025

What Data Do We Collect:

By default, the bot currently does not collect, log, or store any data what so ever. However, when setting up the tags feature, your server ID is stored along with tag name and tag content that you have set up with the bot.

Why is this data needed?:

• To be able to handle the custom tags for your server.

Where is this data stored?:

This data is stored in a .json file which is on our hosting provider for the bot.

Who has access to the data:

Only the bot owner (matthewsdevelopment) will have access to this data. However, on a very rare occasion, our hosting provider admins may go through the files for safety reasons to ensure ToS and Community Guidelines is being followed.

How may I contact you for privacy questions/concerns and how do I remove my data?:

You may contact us in one of the following ways:

• Join our Discord and speak with the owner.
• Open a Ticket from our knowledgebase by pressing Submit a Ticket

You can always remove your data from the bot by running the dataremove command. If in doubt, you can still contact us with one of the options above

Additional Notes:

The message content intent on the Discord bot is used so the bot can use standard prefix based commands. We will never have access to your messages data

The creators/developers of the bot has the right to change/alter this privacy policy at any time without warning
